Food was subpar and it took 20 minutes to get through drive through. I also watched the man making my drink pick up I've with his bare hand and place it in my cup. Yuck.

Just went there to that location for the first time. Staff was very knowledgeable and nice. although there was only three people working there. The lobby was not very clean. But the food came out in a timely order it had tasted very good. Cashier was very nice!

Third time to try a garlic cheeseburger, my first time at this location, and the garlic bread bun was cold. Burger wasn't hot enough to melt the cheese. It was Ver good burger at other locations tho.

It was apparent that the owner of this restaurant took and fulfilled my order. Customer service and professionalism tonight was above reproach. Bathrooms were cleaned, trash wasn't overflowing, floors were clean, great fast food joint. Food was cooked right and taste good, I recommend this place.

Most of the time breakfast is fresh. I love when the bacon is crunchy on the bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Then it's the BEST!

Last 3 times coming here an hour after scheduled to be open, they are not ready for another 15 to 20 minutes. Only good breakfast food in town. Sad that this has been a consistent thing lately. When they are open food is great.

We stopped in as we were taking a break for a late lunch (2pm) while seeing family at the hospital. I had the 1/3 lb thick burger and my wife had the roast beef. We shared a loaded nacho chips. The meal was VERY good. I knew Hardees had great burgers, but didnt realize they had roast beef (like Arbys) and Mexican type of food too.We were very pleased.

Phenomenal service! I'm here at 1:00pm on a saturday, food prep is perfect, placed in bag perfectly and the lady that took my order was extremely polite and very positive. I'm impressed

This Hardees always seems to be a step above most. I'm not sure if it's because of the Hospital, but their food and service is just better. (That is to us anyway) it could just be the volume of people is more so they always have fresh breakfasts. As for the friendlier Staff, I tend to think that starts with management and works it's way down. But yeah my family definitely likes this Hardee's probably the best. Keep up the great job it really does show!
